Friendly staff that helped despite language barrier. Proximity to the medieval city.

Pool remained unfilled for the duration, couldn't find out why or when it would be filled.

We had a fine stay for a visit of the historic area which is 5min walking diatance.

Great hotel with wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find directions to my destination. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday, and I'm coming back for more.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to check in early to our room and stay around the pool after the check out time the following day. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the medievil city - literally a five minute walk and you can see the city from the hotel. We really liked the pool area which is a secluded little sun trap with compfortable chairs and sunbeds and all day sunshine. The only thing I could comment on negatively was that the room was a little small, but this was fine for just one night and a feature that made up for this was the small balcony with table and chairs where you could sit and soak up the sunshine. Overall I would return to the hotel and would recommend it to others, particularly to couples and friends. Not sure it would be suitable for young children.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, perfect location. The well-appointed family suite was ideal for two adults and two tweens, and the hotel provided easy access to the nearby attractions as well as wifi that worked seamlessly throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Excellent location, right outside the Carcassonne old city walls. The desk staff was friendly. The room was basic but clean and moderately roomy for a European hotel. We were there only one night and had no occasion to use any of the hotel facilities, which seemed basic.

Excellent situation and castle view. Great bathroom and shower.

Television not working

The location was fantastic, just a two-minute stroll to the medieval cite. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast spread was excellent!

The hotel was old, the room very small, the bed hard as a rock, no minibar, or ac that we could cotrol.

Loved the super clean, cozy room and the fantastic location just a quick stroll to the Cité! Staff were charming and gave great local dining tips. Only downside was the breakfast options-could use a bit more variety for the price.

The staff are excellent and provide a very good service. The guest room is functional and has central heating, a work desk and a TV with satellite channels.

Location close to the old city of Carcassonne.

The room was tiny, barely enough room to fit a suitcase into. The decor is in need of updating. Nothing worked, including the bedside lights and television. The shower was terrible. In the morning there was a power cut so could not use any electrical equiptment at all.
