Outstanding location adjacent to the Cité

Amazing hotel with wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find directions to my destination. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday, and I'm coming back for more.

Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, perfect location. the well-appointed family suite was ideal for two adults and two tweens, and the hotel provided easy access to the nearby attractions as well as wifi that worked seamlessly throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

my stay at l'aragon surpassed expectations! the location was fantastic, just a two-minute stroll to the medieval cite. the staff were accommodating and the breakfast spread was impressive!

Loved the super clean, cozy room and the fantastic location just a quick stroll to the Cité! Staff were charming and gave great local dining tips. Only downside was the breakfast options—could use a bit more variety for the price.

On arrival, the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We faced immediate demands for city tax payment, which was unusual as this is typically settled at checkout. Additionally, the pool was incredibly cold, making it uncomfortable for a leisurely swim, especially in cooler weather.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the historic medieval Cité. However, the air conditioning in our room had some issues.

The location of Hotel Aragon is unbeatable, just a quick 2-minute walk to the medieval Cite. This makes it super convenient for sightseeing. The room had a lovely view of the Cite walls and featured nice patio doors opening to a beautiful pool area. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. Breakfast was impressive, especially the variety and quality of the food. Fresh ingredients, including the most delightful cantaloupe, made each morning enjoyable. The staff, particularly the friendly Karen, added a personal touch by engaging us in multiple languages and recommending excellent local dining options, like a fantastic Cassoulet. However, the room size felt a bit cramped, and some amenities like drink-making facilities would have been a nice addition. Though the breakfast was tasty, I noticed that it could use more variety compared to other hotels at similar rates. Despite these minor quirks, I would highly recommend staying here for its charm and proximity to the attractions.

The pool area's safety could use improvement!!! Also, the lack of in-room safety deposit boxes is concerning, especially for those traveling with valuables. Room sizes felt cramped for longer stays. A coffee-making facility would be a welcome addition!!!

Breakfast featured Iberian delicacies, particularly great meat and cheeses. However, room size felt constricted, and the absence of drink-making facilities was a notable lack. Air conditioning issues also impacted comfort during the stay.
